are 100% non-refundable, regardless of attendance, participation, or completion.

3. Digital Products

All digital items—including e-books, PDFs, templates, online downloads, or educational materials—are non-refundable due to the instant-access nature of digital content.

4. Products

All product sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Opened or used products

Products damaged by the customer

Buyer’s remorse

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for replacement review.
